Integrated Women’s Mentorship Program

This program links established professional women with new immigrant and refugee women to assist them in overcoming barriers to employment and help them realize their full potential in Canada as individuals and professionals. In particular, the program serves immigrant or refugee women who have the ability to effectively communicate in English but have experienced difficulties when looking for a professional job in Canada.

Participants will be able to increase their pre-employment knowledge and improve their life skills. They will be provided with mentoring support by professionals already established in positions that are in line with their educational background, career field, or area of interest.
